Enchanted Pools

These pools with trees growing in the water have always held some fascination for me. They are best seen in the winter months when the water level is high and with some dappled sunlight they look really enchanting. Unfortunately today was a uniform murky grey so I have had to introduce quite a bit contrast and vibrance to liven up the scene. They are located in Tyninghame Woods to the right of the path which leads to Ravensheugh Sands.
