I've been sleeping in ''the other room' more or less every night since my first operation.  Firstly, it was because I wanted to sleep propped up with all the pillows.  Then I felt safer on my own, to avoid my super sore arm getting bashed, then it was to avoid being disturbed when Gary came home at silly o'clock after being on nights. 

I probably should be back in 'the big room' by now but it's become a habit and I'm finally working my way through my pile of magazines by the light of my cute new lamp.
