Commonwealth Flags

A guest appearance from my sister’s photography today. She took the photo of the mast on the roundabout in town. It is currently adorned in the flags of the Commonwealth during the games in Australia. Guernsey has sent approximately 33 athletes to compete in the games including one of my friend’s sons. He is competing in the cycling and came 6th in his time trial event! Pretty impressive for a tiny island.
