Girl at Work!

M, aka No 1 son, and his daughters are here for a couple of days.  And Raf the dog.  They arrived at lunchtime and were soon outside looking for jobs to do (there's plenty of choice!).

This is Iz, the senior grandchild, all ready to go. See her in action in the extra. I must point out that she was being very carefully supervised!

She told me today that she wants to be a farmer when she grows up. 
Who knows?

We were worried about how the cats would react to Raf, but so far it's going ok. They have taken up defensive positions on the kitchen chairs, and it Raf comes by and turns an inquitive nose in their direction, they hiss a bit, or shoot out a claw.  But, so far, no fur has  flown.
