Colours from the fruit bowl

Miserable day yet again and then a visit to dentist in the afternoon for a check up.  Given the all clear and hopefully will not need another visit until my appointment in October.  Have to admit the horrible toothpaste I use has at least curtailed my gums bleeding which has always been a problem.
