Poor G'Sparky, it was like a vanishing trick,one second it was in his mouth and then GONE! I even put my camera down the hole and took a picture in the hopes of seeing where it was but that didn't work, all it did was get sand in it....doh! Luckily I had a spare ball, a collie without a tennis ball is like Laurel without Hardy. Trouble is the dunes are riddled with holes so it is a miracle it has not happened before! Will he learn.......?!
