Back to work to 120 new emails and lots of meetings. I'm hoping that these wonder drugs will sort out an ear infection that is making me deaf in one ear at the moment.

Left work in time to get to the Zumba class and tried out the new shoes. Great fun, great workout and impossible to leave the class without a smile on your face.
