Nest boxes

A selection from the nest box cameras today, since the pouring rain prevented other photos. The first two boxes are being visited by a great tit. It may be the same bird, or different ones. They are thinking about nest building, but they've not really started yet.  The blue tit has been roosting (i.e. sleeping overnight) in the third box all winter, and it's not very good at keeping it clean.  (Roosters are not always messy.)
