In a flap
This is a familiar sight at this time of year when the males show off to the females and shouts at other males.
It’s surprising how different in colour they can be. This one has quite light feathers on the back which are green/blue in colour. He has one female at present.
Another male that visits has a longer tail and is much darker with two females.
The Bullfinches were back again , also two long tailed tits and lots of goldfinches and Siskins on the sunflower seeds.
A miserable day , cold and wet only just got above 5 degrees.
