Carlisle Cathedral

We're in Cumbria for a few days.
After checking in to the hotel, we wandered into town. 
I should know better from past experience, but I believed the smartphone weather apps which said cloudy but dry; well, one out of two is not good - the heavens opened. So we took refuge for a while in Carlisle Cathedral (well, it's one of the things that churches are supposed to be for, isn't it!). Very impressive.
