Funny how a thing gets you started. The prospect of our cherry tree blossoming made me act on taking down an oak in its way. Which led to taking off lower branches of other nearby oaks. Which led to clearing the bit around the cherry and wild plums. And on and on. Two days later.

But here are the first blossoms on the cherry.
