Tiny Tuesday: "Never seen that before"

I'd be lying if I said I'd never seen this before; it's been in the family as long as I can remember and is almost certainly a lot older than I am. But apart from my sister who sees my Blips via Facebook, no-one else here will have seen it before, and whenever I do see it, it's from the other side as I have turned it over. One of the many pieces of kitchen equipment I inherited from my mother, this is a hard-boiled egg slicer. One of the wires has broken which means if I'm making a sandwich I have to slice the end bit again, but other than that this was made to last; it will certainly outlive me!
