Komatsu D 61PX Dozer and mud...

It's been another dull, misty day, the sun did try this afternoon but that didn't last long.

I came across this scene just outside Sturmer this morning. The farmer is doing some major land raising on a field right beside the River Stour, apparently the area is very prone to water-logging. This bulldozer is pushing about two foot of sub-soil right over the field ready for the top-soil to be put back.

The Stour was very high and the ford on the lane beside the field was impassable. It was very muddy!
