... then this was just the place to be mid-morning.

I have featured this tunnel walkway, known locally as One Arch, before, but (looking in the opposite direction).  

I often use this as a handy shortcut into town after parking the car. However, with this morning's torrential rain, it was flooded and only useful as my blip subject.
