Back Shift!

Nurse Tosh has put in a very busy shift and took the opportunity to grab a quick 40 winks.

The back situation went somewhat downhill yesterday, seizing up completely (thankfully just as I got home from work) and ending up with me crawling about the floor before being helped to bed by Mrs B and Tosh.

The Doc has been this morning and diagnosed a lumbar sprain, so now I'm on horse tablets with orders to rest it........hmmmm!
