Bread Stencilling
Like any creative art, this needs a bit of practice to get it right. My mistake today was to use too much flour on the stencil, which is why some parts of it look blurred. But it was fun to do, and doesn't detract from the overall look and (most importantly) taste of the finished product. This is a multiseed malted loaf, with linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and poppy seeds.
