Henry VIII

In London for a meeting this afternoon. Going into the building where we meet, there are the coats of arms of all the Captain Generals, starting with Henry VIII. They are always quite nice to look at.

Managed to get half an hour in the gym before my meeting (would have been longer, but I kept bumping into people to say hello to). Was so lovely and I realise how lucky I was when the gym was, pretty much, a daily event.
