Shakshouka

First of all, a thousand thank you's to Blipper andrewmowatt for introducing me to Shakshouka.  This is my first attempt and it was delicious, especially with the 'secret' ingredient that Andrew suggested - fried bacon shreds.  I think this dish has just infused me with ten of my five a day.

What's not to like about tomatoes, red and green peppers, runny eggs, sweet onions, garlic, coriander, parsley, fennel, cumin, chilli powder and cardamom.  (OK Snapper, we know you won't like it - foreign muck).


I think I'll be making this many times in the future.  Mmmm......
