Chicken Palace

Spent the day helping Mr KT rebuild our hen house. The old one was very rotten and letting in a lot of water. So the poor girls were paddling round in mud.
New pen, new design. They seemed to like it after a bit of exploring and testing out the new perches.
Whilst the work was going on they were left free to roam. But they let us and themselves down by heading off to a neighbours gardens. They had a huge field to explore but clearly the grass is always greener ...
