Wishing

We were out in the courtyard this morning checking on the praying mantis babies, watering and pruning the plants and Bunker was wishing that he was on the other side of the gate.

I spent quite a while looking over cookbooks today at Barnes and Nobel. I found two that came home with me. I tried one of the recipes and think, with a few little tweaks, it will be in the rotation of meals.

Had a great chat with Laura this morning. I am grateful to have her as a friend.

It is past time for me to be in bed.
