Curry lunch in the city with friends R and S and this is S weaving her magic in the kitchen.
All pastes, mixed spices roasted and ground from scratch and what a feast for all the senses.
Here is the menu
Cumin chicken, chapati and eggplant raita
lamb rogan josh
fish molee
vegetable biryani
dahl
black russian tomato salad

and rasmalai for pudding. A milky, paneer dessert topped with saffron and chopped pistachios.

Needless to say the jeans are groaning at the waistline and am still moving very slowly!
