Stuck inside all day today.
A job that’s turned out to be far more involved than we were told.
“Just strip off the wallpaper and apply 2 coats of fire-retardant paint” they said.

What they didn’t tell us was the wallpaper was holding the walls together!

So we’ve had to strip out all the lime plaster and wooden laths. Tomorrow we will have to put up plasterboard so someone can skim it. Then, when that’s dry, we can actually get round to applying the fire-retardant paint.

As for the plant. I have no idea what it is.
