Quick Stretch in the Field PM

I have had a long day in Inverness, at the garage by 8am to get the car serviced. Despite being booked for this day about 4 weeks ago the man at the counter could find no record of the appointment. The garage seems to have been having a lot of IT problems and it (the disappearance of the booking) did not seem to surprise him. Thankfully they were still able to accommodate me.
They took the liberty of fitting wipers (gold plated evidently) without my say so and kindly removed them at my suggestion. I dare say they were needing replaced (one anyway) and I have bought two on line this evening for the cost of one at the garage.
