Lovely Weather For Ducks

The rain continue to fall, but then it is April and we should expect April Showers; these are more than showers, they are relentless.
   
A working day so the only time I ventured into the garden was to get a photograph. These two were quite settled by the pond and did not move away. There were five males sitting there earlier although the females are not in evidence; sitting on eggs I suspect, so hopefully we will see some ducklings before too long. I hope to see Moorhen and Coot babies too before very long.
