At last a chance to turn over some of the vegetable plot and transplant some Broad Beans; elsewhere plant a new Rose bush and carry out some light Spring pruning. Then came the rain I thought we were going to escape and it seems to be in for the day. The Blip of the day was going to be an exciting row of Broad Beans when a Dunnock turned up to feed, pausing briefly mid peck, saving the day.
