Growing Up in the Technological Age

My Tiddler has been able to turn on a laptop, use a mouse and enter her password for a long long time and she is only just 4. Is this bad? How can it be bad? Technology isn't going away and will always be part of her life. Perhaps she is the first generation where this just is how it is.

Oh but she likes paper dollies and playing outside too!
