On Reflection

Cracker of a day, at least weatherwise. Would have been perfect for a Barbie but instead, I made Lasagne!

No action on the morning dog walk to Blip, the lasagne wasn't that great to warrant a starring role on Blip, so the pond has to do. I am still trying to rehouse as many toads as I can get my hands and net on. Certainly far less than 1000 odd last spring but it will be a long-term project as apparently, they return to their own birthplace for years to come.

I don't feel guilty as a) we rehouse them b) until a few years ago there wasn't a pond. The goldfish have yet again been incredibly fertile and there are an enormous number of little ones.
