First swallows!

We did a good day of gardening, and it feels like spring is here at last. Planted a little grafted Mower's Quench in the old orchard, with wire to keep the hens off.
Rob burned the last of the raspberry canes and everything looks tidy for the moment.
Our reward - a beer in the sunshine and three swallows overhead!
