Our riverbank cottage

Our cottage is on the river Derwent in Cockermouth...

It's the one right in the middle of the photo...slightly lower than the rest.

You can see the river Cocker joining too, at the confluence of the rivers.

Just further to the left is Jennings brewery... ( they do tours of the brewery ). And just further to the right is Wordsworth House and garden, where William Wordsworth was born ( National Trust...open every day except Fridays ).

We had breakfast in the garden this morning with Tam and Jim! Quite cool, but the sun was out!
