Here come the choppers...

The chopping gang preparing veg for tonight's Community Canteen. First time I've tried cooking for 60+ people. It's amazing how much it all looks when you're preparing it - and also amazing how long an enormous pot takes to come to the boil on a stove top! But luckily timings and quantities worked, and folk kept coming back for more until it was all pretty much gone, so it must have hit the spot OK.
