Thank You Note

I consider myself very lucky to have friends who still write notes on real paper that come in the mailbox in a real envelope. 

I consider myself doubly lucky when my friend is also a talented artist and I get a wonderful note like this one from her.

The rains gave way to clouds and drizzle this morning which in turn became blue skies, fluffy white could and sunshine this afternoon. I spent a pleasant time in the garden taking pictures, and a somewhat less pleasant time at my desk when I realized that all the pictures I took were blurred and smudged by a large cortisone ointment greasy thumbprint.

The rash is slowly subsiding, though not fast enough to suit me, but sky has turned to clouds again, so the wonderful collage thank you note is. (She also has beautiful handwriting...there is an example of that in the extras....)
