Tarka Trail

23 mile cycle ride! The furthest I've ridden in 30+ years, from Braunton to East Yarde along the Tarka Trail.

After 19 miles I arrived @ Great Torrington with an a**e so sore I could hardly get off the bike! I don't think I'll be able to sit down for a week!

However, I then had to cycle the other 4+ miles to get the car!

JohnFDP said to me a month or so back, "leave the saddle, you'll get used to it"..... I'll kill him! ;-D

Still, I've started, and once I'm recovered, I'm going again!
