Lucky Seven or 39 ?

Our thirty-nineth wedding anniversary today & who said it wouldn’t last ! So out early to The Trossachs and visited antique place at Doune. Weather was mild about 11c & dry so booked lunch at The Lake Hotel in Port of Menteith. It’s one of our favourite places & lunch was excellent.
The lake was very busy with lots of fisherfolk out and these guys caught three while we watched. The little ferry was coming and going out to the abbey ruins on the island.
A trip into Callander and a browse around before a walk along the river. The rain just started at the end of our walk but got steadily worse on the way back, it was torrential at The Kelpies so it was straight home. Now football or golf on TV tonight, decisions decisions.
