Mynci Goes To Holyrood
Today I visited the fabulous Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood. I was a delegate at the Communities Conference where I learnt how to influence MSPs and the media (other than with bribery and corruption).
It's a striking bit of architecture but very hard to photograph at close quarters. There's no symmetry to the building at all and every space is like Gaudi and Le Corbusier have collaborated after eating magic mushrooms. It's all stark concrete and random flourishes, not in the least bit scottish, but very popular with Spanish tourists..
I took a few shots inside, but decided on this view from the nearby Dynamic Earth centre for my 200th Blipday
