Awake and albeit not first thing, I was up and out and off across the county line. To Midlothian; to collect a forgotten hoodie left at Ryze by her lass last weekend. Overcast and cold, but kept warm by the climbs up to Mayfield; before a swift descent (and detour for Cigs at the Straiton underpass - none) and home in the late AM.

And a hot bath gave way to OT for 4 hours; and tidying / prep ahead of the boys coming tomorrow and then to hers for dinner. I did cheapo lamb chops (32p each) in more yoghurt / Middle Eastern spice combos and paired it with yesterday's left over grains and char grilled veg. 
Mince and tatties returned us to the more native dishes; and a lively discussion - lots bothering her, so there was an outpouring of loads. Then home; dodging drunks on the bike. (Them not me.)
