Love these miniature Moroccan lanterns; and they have a suitably Halloween flavour.

Today has been how Saturdays should be; leisurely start, breakfast in bed, then a beautiful drive up to Cortijo de las Nieves. The warmth of the sun, following the rain has ignited life, with greens and colours emerging across the landscape.
The olives are darkening and the acorns are looking plump.

We have a dear friend with us tonight - this house is perfect for sharing. It has a special, relaxed atmosphere and food keeps emerging from the kitchen and the wine flows :-)
