Don't Like To Brag, Don't Like To Boast

But I like hot butter on my breakfast toast.

I could have requested a full English for today but they steer you toward the lighter option, post surgery.  I wish I'd gone 'big', I was hank.  Anyway, this was fine, the toast was just how I like it.  Cold.  Perfect.  

I was discharged by 11.00, home via M&S, planted in front of the TV where I snoozed on and off all afternoon.  Not as the result of any post op drowsiness but simply because I stayed awake until silly o'clock watching the telly, the novelty of being able to watch from the comfort of my bed.  

Dog walk in the evening, back to normal.   Hoorah!
