A horrible day

Taken late after a long day.
A quick dash up to Nottingham to say goodbye to a dying cousin.
Her partner has done a superb looking after her as Cancer quickly took over her body.
A long horrible day, with tears and laughter as we shared memories.
Back on the train home to get the dreaded phone call.

A day like this makes me long for heaven all the more where the will be no more death or pain.
