Freitag: Vendredi; Dihaoine
My famous meal planning skills let me down this week, and today I found myself with a load of fresh fruit and veg in urgent need of eating.
So, a smoothie for breakfast. Banana, apple, ginger and celery (along with almond milk).
Then guacamole for lunch. Avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, coriander, lime juice and a red chilli. Some juice to wash it down - beetroot, apple, celery, ginger and cucumber.
Dinner was a grilled chicken breast with fried red peppers.
I plan on eating junk tomorrow.
