Early start

I do love early mornings, when they happen on my terms and especially when it's dark.

However today was particularly difficult.

Up at 4.45am to be out the door by 6am meant not much sleep as I kept waking up to look at the bloody time every 10 mins to check my alarm would go off.

But by the time I got home my car had been serviced, as had my boiler and a days' training done.

Also a full blown cold had taken up residence in my nostrils
