A good catch-up with my friend J this morning, now a fully qualified paramedic, good god it sounds like hardwork. Insane that lorry drivers have mandatory breaks and Paramedics don't, but wonderful to see her own career change and lifestyle choice nearing rewards at last.

Then Team IttH headed West to scout out a new venue for courses. I may have struck gold - a jaw dropping setting, part of a truly inspirational setup, our own building with a large main room with a mezzanine, kitchen and large toilet come changing room. If we can tear ourselves away from the wood burning stove then right outside the barn door there's a mini gorge, a full blown crag and 60acres of very rugged woodland.
Oh.... And a mile or so of lake frontage...

So... Who can name the lake? The rather iconic mountain silhouetted in the distance might give it away.
