Succulent buds

Greyness has crept into our weather this week. I'm craving sun and colour.

Having watched the slow progress of one of my succulents trying to flower, I decided to have a go at blipping it with tripod and a few of those settings I discovered earlier in the week.

It's been trying to flower for over 3 weeks. Some parts of the plant are more advanced than this shot but none of the flowers have fully bloomed. The up side of their slow progress is I have plenty to practice with ;-)

(Bring back summer. I'm not ready for the grey stuff yet).
