One of those days.

.... but the flag is still flying! We had to go to the art museum in Cedar Rapids today. It is not easy occupying ourselves when everyone is at school or at work. I even used the treadmill to walk uphill to get some exercise and my yoga practice has benifitted from this relative inactivity. The children came in from school, did homework and are now out at soccer practice, a busy household this!
