Painting gloss

A bit of a boring blip but it was one of today's tasks.

I really don't like painting gloss or oil based undercoat. Don't like the smell and don't like cleaning the brushes, so I put it off. But we really need to finish the hall and the loo door hasn't had a handle on it for quite some time as I removed it to undercoat the door back in January. At least that means it can go back on tomorrow and we'll have a loo that can be used again. Thankfully my daughter did some of the doors and skirting boards whilst I was away.

Talking of my daughter, she arrived safely in NZ in the early hours of this morning (BST), after her 30 hours of flying. So her latest NZ adventure has started.
