Physical Energy

The best way to go back to work after a week-and-a-bit off is not to go back, and happily I spent today at a meeting at the Royal Society of Chemistry in London.  Although I did have to get up at 5.30 am, but I suppose that will just make the remainder of the week look like a lie-in.

It was extremely niche-interest; when I met up with my sister for a drink afterwards and explained that it was the Particle Characterisation Interest Group she found it hilarious.  That was before describing the more specific nature of the discussions.
