Pain!

Desperate times called for desperate measures.  I could not shake off a blistering headache, so had to cancel the catch-up planned with Emma tonight.  Another time..

However, I am convinced that my headaches are caused by food intolerances and I'm still trying to figure out which ones (or which combination of ones, more likely) cause the trouble!
