... over the rainbow? No, I was going to say, somewhere in Britain it wasn’t raining today. Snowing, but not raining!

Taking the long way home to avoid the flooded lanes, I saw this infront of me, pulled up, snapped it through the windscreen ( no way I’m getting out, I’ve been getting rained on all afternoon! ) and continued homewards.
