Underneath The Arches

We started the day with a trip over the border to Gretna shopping outlet. It was a successful expedition for all of us which is very unusual.

This afternoon, Helen, Tom, D and I took the dog for a walk up The Ridge. It's been a beautiful, sunny day and quite warm. We can see the snow-topped mountains of The Lake District from here. The views were beautiful but I liked this photo of an alley of trees with D and Tom walking ahead.
I made sure they were far enough away to make D's bald spot less visible.
