Going Nowhere
Still no parts for Cheeques; a delivery that holds so much content of hope.. With the snow clouds beginning to loom and the hot Moroccan winds being exchanged for arctic ones, we began getting twitchy about the need to go. However, we are also getting good at waiting endlessly around for Cheeques to get his groove on and finding fun in the meantime. This photo was taken on a beautifully atmospheric ride down into the valley for an almighty swim; my eyes streaming dramatically from the cold winds but blinking just enough to capture and absorb the stunning surroundings of the ice caps all around, fading with the closing-in for another freezing evening. The hills back up after the pool present a fatigued endurance, but a deliciously warm and cozy house awaits with a bunch of cheery Dutch blokes and a radiating Meg, complete with hearty grub, exciting chats + cosy wooden walls all around.
