What a gorgeous day today and what a surprise to see lots of snow on the fells.  Having seen how low the snow level was I changed my mind as to where I was going to walk.  The Caldbeck area is always a good bet for snow, so that's where I took the girls for our walk in the snow and of course they both absolutely loved it.  Misty's friend always rolls in it when she first gets out the car.  Then of course they had to run around in it.  Lovely to watch them.  One in extras.  Afterwards went to near Braithwaite to do a shortish walk, but there was no snow.  I don't think I've blipped the Great War memorial before.  I usually stop and have a look at it when I'm there.  In extras.
